With over 20 years of hands-on industry experience, Nathan heads the team at Across State Services, he brings a practical, end-to-end approach to every project.

Beginning his career in the family line marking business alongside his father, Nathan completed his plumbing apprenticeship through Plumbing Apprenticeship Group Australia (AGA) before moving into civil construction.

His background includes operating a wide range of machinery and installing water mains and water supply services, always with a focus on improving efficiency and achieving better outcomes.

Setting up his own company was a natural progression, and more than a decade down the track he remains personally involved in every job – providing the quote, overseeing the work, and seeing each project through from start to finish.

When upscaling the assetts for larger jobs, a trusted network of suppliers is project managed by Nathan ensuring all requirements are met with consistency, accountability, and quality workmanship.
